Boot Camp Challenge is a group personal training program created for all levels of fitness. The program includes assessments at the beginning and end of the program so we can create a baseline so you can measure your results and so we can guage your level of fitness. We also include nutrition. We will provide you with the number of calories, carbohydrates, proteins and fats you need on a daily basis to reach your goal weight as well as the resources to journal your food. And of course the main component of our program - Boot Camp style workouts! Give us 6 weeks and find out how much your body can change. Let our team of Nationally Certified Trainers guide and motivate you in cardio, strength and flexibility conditioning.
