Koolbeck’s 19 leads Jefferson over Hempstead

C.R. JEFFERSON 53, DUBUQUE HEMPSTEAD 47

Maddie Koolbeck led all-scorers with 19 points for Jefferson at home.

Kaitlyn Davidson added 12 points for the J-Hawks (6-9), who overcame a 31-22 halftime deficit.

Haley Van Cleave scored 11 points for Dubuque Hempstead (7-8).

IOWA CITY WEST 65, WATERLOO EAST 9

Ally Disterhoft scored a game-high 26 points to lead Iowa City West in Waterloo.

Danielle Craig added 11 points for the Women of Troy (11-3).

West was up 44-9 after two quarters and held Waterloo East (1-13) scoreless in the second half.

WATERLOO WEST 70, C.R. PRAIRIE 38

Kate Letkewicz scored 28 points to lead West to a win at Prairie.

Madison Dellamuth scored 12 points and Alisa Weiland added 11 points for Prairie (9-5).

Cyerra Hutchins chipped in eight points and grabbed five steals and had five assists.

C.R. WASHINGTON 64, CEDAR FALLS 51

Abby Herb and Dani Franklin scored 2- points apiece to lead the Warriors on the road.
