The Iowa Wrestling Coaches and Officials Association, through the Iowa High School Athletic Association has released its first installment of state dual team rankings for all classes.
Southeast Polk is top-ranked in Class 3A. West Delaware is No. 1 in 2A. Alburnett is 1A’s top-rated team.
Cedar Rapids Prairie and Linn-Mar round out the top three in 3A. Iowa City West is ninth and Western Dubuque, fresh off its best finish at the Battle of Waterloo, is 11th.
Union Community is eighth in 2A. Washington (Iowa) is 14th and Independence is 15th.
In 1A, Maquoketa Valley and Iowa Valley are ninth and 12th, respectively.
