Ally Disterhoft scored a game-high 21 points to lead Class 5A eighth-ranked Iowa City West to a 62-43 victory Tuesday night at Cedar Falls.

Lauren Larson added nine points and Laynie Whitehead had eight for the Women of Troy (5-2, 3-2 MVC).

Madison Wood paced Cedar Falls (4-3, 2-3 MVC) with 13 points.

Dani Franklin scored a game-high 14 points to lead Washington (4-2) in a Mississippi Valley Conference win over Waterloo East.

Shakari Baker-Bruce paced Waterloo East (1-6) with 12 points.
