Girls basketball: Players to watch

Twelve area girls’ basketball players to watch for the 2012-13 season:

MADISON DELLAMUTH, 5-6, jr., Cedar Rapids Prairie. 10.8 ppg, 4.0 rpg, 5.1 apg, Class 4A 3rd-team all-state

ALLY DISTERHOFT, 6-0, sr., Iowa City West. 16.4 ppg, 3.2 apg, .602 FG%, Class 4A 1st-team all-state

DANI FRANKLIN, 6-0, jr., Cedar Rapids Washington. 12.5 ppg, 4.5 rpg, Class 4A 2nd-team all-state

PAIGE GREINER, 5-4, jr., Williamsburg. 12.8 ppg, 4.5 apg, Class 3A 2nd-team all-state

MICKEY HANSCHE, 5-6, sr., Iowa City High. 15.3 ppg, .478 3FG%, .880 FT%, Class 4A 2nd-team all-state

RENEE HUBER, 5-8, sr., Maquoketa Valley. 13.0 ppg, 3.0 apg, .487 3FG%, Class 2A 3rd-team all-state
