Houdeshell Wins KCRG TV-9 AOW

Marion, Ia- Linn-Mar wheel chair athlete Jordan Houdeshell was born with Spina Bifida, but he has never let that handicap slow him down. Jordan competes in six different sports. This fall Jordan became the first wheel chair athlete in the nation to win a state cross country title. This spring Houdeshell has state best times in the 100, 200, and 400. Jordan blazes around the entire track in a record breaking 74 seconds. He also broke the school record for pull ups with 35, and then did 12 more with the wheel chair strapped to his body.
