IOWA CITY — Iowa City West Senior Shelly Stumpff helped lead her team to back to back  4A state volleyball titles. Stumpff had 44 kills in the state tourney, and was named captain of the All-Tournament team. Shelly and the Women of Troy dedicated the championship to to their teammate Caroline Found, who died in a moped accident before the season started.
