Andre Dawson reportedly practiced without a limp at Cedar Rapids Washington’s football practice and appears likely to play in the Warriors’ Class 4A first-round playoff game against Cedar Rapids Kennedy on Monday.
Dawson injured a knee — AD Paul James called it a slight meniscus tear — in the Warriors’ substate win over North Scott.
