Wamac volleyball championship pairings

Marion is the top seed for championship bracket of the Wamac Conference volleyball tournamen, which begins at 4 p.m. Saturday at Mount Vernon High School.
The Indians earned the top seed by sweeping their three matches in pool play on Thursday.
Here are the quarterfinal matchups:
#1 Marion vs. #8 Vinton-Shellsburg
#4 West Delaware vs. #5 Solon
#3 Western Dubuque vs. #6 Waterloo Columbus
#2 Mount Vernon vs. #7 Williamsburg
Semifinals are set for 7 p.m., the championship and third-place matches at 8 p.m.

I noticed that the Waterloo Courier website has listed the WAMAC All-Conference volleyball teams…. http://www.wcfcourier.com/sports/high-school/article_5661bcb8-be57-11de-9996-001cc4c03286.html ….do you not have access to the list? Or just haven’t had time? Their lists don’t include honorable mention for this area (BENTON COMM….has at least one girl that rec’d honorable mention honors!!) Get on it!!!

They were? Because my daughter only found out about it last night. You must have had the inside scoop!! I’ll have to go look….
WHOA….you are correct. They were in yesterday’s edition!! Too bad you didn’t list Honorable Mention for area athletes…..Waterloo did for their area…..
