Morgan Allee singled home Amanda Burger with two outs in the bottom of the seventh inning to give the third-ranked J-Hawks a 3-2 win over Cedar Rapids Kennedy in a Class 4A regional final last night at the Jefferson Softball Complex.
When Burger slid home ahead of the throw, she was encircled and mobbed by her jubilant teammates.
