That was enough to sell Brianna Strong on the University of Northern Colorado.
A junior at Mount Vernon High School, Strong said Monday that she has orally committed to play at UNC, a Big Sky Conference member from Greeley, Colo.

Qualifiers for the Drake Relays have been released.
Boys will compete in 15 events, beginning at 3:30 Thursday afternoon. Girls will compete in 15 events, beginning with the discus at 3 p.m. Thursday.
The high school schedule consists of three boys’ events and three girls’ events Thursday, six of each Friday and six of each Saturday.
